Level 3 Takes VoIP to Europe
Level 3 Communications has launched a partner program in Europe, allowing resellers to offer Voice over IP services to small and medium businesses. The offering debuts in the United Kingdom today and will expand to other countries throughout 2005, the Broomfield, Colo., backbone network operator said.

Can anyone let me know of reliable voip phone provider. What are the points that we have to be careful to choose a good voip phone? There is so much information out there that it is very difficult to know with whom to go. I would appreciate any hekp on this. Thank you and good luck with your blog.
